Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to support HR operations, manage employee records, payroll, and policies while fostering a compliant, organized workplace culture.

In this role you will process hires, rate changes, and terminations; assist with recruitment; advise on policies; handle payroll inquiries; and help with employment transactions, recognition programs, and compliance. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in HR software, data entry, and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Process new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems.
• Screen applications, assess qualifications, and offer hiring recommendations.
• Support managers and employees with HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain personnel records.
• Guide decisions on promotions, transfers, and classifications.
• Coordinate recognition programs and oversee events.
• Monitor personnel files and compliance with laws.
• Prepare correspondence, data entry, and HR reports.
• Educate staff on policies and workplace procedures.
