Beam is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Human Resources Co‑Op to join our team from January through June 2027. The Human Resources Co‑Op will support key HR initiatives and projects focused on strengthening HR operations, processes, and compliance. This role will provide hands‑on experience reviewing HR processes and documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting efforts to strengthen consistency and compliance across HR practices. The co‑op will collaborate with HR and cross‑functional stakeholders while building practical experience in HR operations, project management, and process improvement.
Hourly pay will will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
