Job summary

Cellebrite is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the maintenance and improvement of HR data and processes. This role owns HRIS data management and US benefits administration, while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting.

Qualifications include 3+ years in HRIS data maintenance, US benefits experience, and proficiency with AI-powered HR tools. This fully remote position is based in the United States with cross-functional collaboration across Payroll, Benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining HR data in an HRIS.
• Hands-on experience with a US benefits module and AI tools in HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS with integrity and security.
• Manage the employee lifecycle in HR systems (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Administer US benefits programs including open enrollment and new-hire enrollments.
• Reconcile benefits data between HRIS and carriers/vendors.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR operations, reporting, and self-service.
• Generate, audit, and analyze HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries on HR data, benefits, and system access.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and People teams to resolve data issues.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and related regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of HR processes and best practices.
• Support open enrollment cycles.
