Job summary

Little League International in South Williamsport, PA is seeking an entry-level HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This full-time, non-exempt role supports payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR data management.

The 35-hour work week runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an inclusive nonprofit culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of HR, payroll, benefits, or administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processing and assist with payroll audits.
• Manage benefits enrollments, changes, and open enrollment.
• Maintain HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR technology systems, audits, and reporting.
