Little League International is looking to hire a full‑time HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This full‑time, non‑exempt position has a 35‑hour work week, with core hours of Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during certain times of the year.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day administration and operations of the Human Resources department. You will help ensure employees and managers receive accurate, timely and professional HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will administer employee changes such as hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and separations while maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files. You will also prepare HR documentation, support employee inquiries, process HR system transactions, and assist with audits and recordkeeping requirements.
A key part of this position will be payroll and benefits administration. You will lead accurate and timely payroll processing, assist with payroll audits and reconciliations, support tax and year‑end processes, and partner with Finance on payroll‑related requirements. You will also administer employee benefit enrollments and changes, assist employees with benefit questions, support open enrollment, and help coordinate leave programs.
You will also work closely with our HR technology systems by maintaining employee information, conducting system audits, generating HR reports, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting technology upgrades and process improvements. Your attention to detail will help ensure our HR data remains accurate, confidential, and compliant.
