Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruiting, and employee inquiries. This on-site role Monday through Thursday with Friday work-from-home flexibility, and no travel required.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will maintain confidential personnel records, assist with audits, and help improve HR processes while delivering excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential or two to four years of HR, payroll, benefits, or related experience.
• Exposure to HR operations, HRIS, benefits onboarding, and recruitment; basic payroll exposure is preferred.
• HR Operations & Systems knowledge of employee records, benefits support, data accuracy, confidentiality.
• Experience or aptitude with HRIS and payroll platforms; ADP Workforce Now is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance.
• Assist with audits and HR policy updates.
• Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism.
