Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 1 year of HR experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Two years' HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP platforms (Oracle, Workday, BambooHR, ADP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update DASH transactions and employee records.
• Initiate personnel transactions in DASH (positions, changes, terminations, salary adjustments).
• Audit employee data (new hires, terminations, promotions).
• Troubleshoot DASH issues with IT/external stakeholders.
• Maintain digital and physical personnel files.
• Generate DASH reports for compliance and analytics.
• Assist payroll reconciliation and time entry for non-exempt employees.
• Coordinate staff/faculty interviews and recruitment tasks.
• Complete I-9s with new hires.
• Assist onboarding and tuition/fee waivers processing.
• Provide benefits information and connect employees with UT contacts.

Education

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
