Responsibilities

• Coordinate intern events, training sessions, documentation, files, and related program activities.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires in Arcoro and CMIC, distribute IT onboarding invites, and assign Absorb LMS trainings.
• Maintain employee records and processing of background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Support benefits enrollments and OFCCP outreach compliance.
