Job summary

Axiom Consultants, Inc is seeking an experienced Human Resources Analyst to support the NOAA Office of Ocean Exploration (OER). The role focuses on onboarding, credentialing, and administrative HR tasks to ensure smooth personnel operations.

The analyst will develop procedures, document workflows, and maintain HR records while ensuring compliance with background screening and security requirements. This is a general interest posting for candidates in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting HR operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Federal contracting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Off-boarding coordination and tracking for staff, interns, and partners.
• Coordinate and track eApp/SF-85, fingerprinting, and background checks to final adjudication.
• Prepare and track non-decisional HR forms, recruitment packages, and files.
• Data entry into NOAA HR systems (RADS, ACS, HR Connect).
• Draft and review SOPs and instructional manuals for continuity.
• Develop and update workflows and documentation for electronic applications.
