bioMérieux SA seeks an HR Support Specialist to support daily HR operations in Salt Lake City, UT, Durham, NC, or St. Louis, MO.

You will work with the HR team on cloud requests, invoicing, education requests, and unemployment claims to align culture with organizational goals. Key duties include processing changes in HR systems, coordinating with HR Partners on position and onboarding, managing education reimbursements, and handling purchasing, claims, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 4 years of administrative support experience, HR support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process data/status changes in HR case management platform.
• Position modification with HR People Partner to ensure accuracy.
• Manage education assistance/reimbursement requests.
• Process purchasing orders and HR invoice payments.
• Handle unemployment claims and monitor updates.
• Process legal entity/company transfers.
• Audit requisitions during onboarding and update records with HRPPs.
• Pull reports from HRIS and monthly new parent reports.
• Answer FAQs from new hires and team members.
• Back up for New Team Member Orientation and cross-training.
