Job summary

Black Box is seeking an HR Onboarding Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding for technical, field-based, and data center professionals across corporate offices, client sites, and data center environments.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, HR, and Field Services to deliver a consistent onboarding experience, develop role-based tracks, ensure safety training, and drive deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of onboarding, HR coordination, customer success, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with Oracle or related HRIS/ onboarding platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs for corporate, technical, and field-based employees.
• Develop role-based onboarding tracks for data center technicians, network engineers, field service technicians, and infrastructure deployment teams.
• Ensure onboarding aligns with service delivery standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements including site access, safety training, data center protocols, and customer-specific onboarding requirements.
• Ensure employees are deployment-ready and compliant before site assignments.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across HR, IT, Operations, Security, and Facilities.
• Manage equipment provisioning, system access, and onboarding workflows within HRIS or onboarding platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to ensure onboarding aligns with team and business needs.

This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Data Center leadership, Field Services, IT, and HR teams to deliver a consistent onboarding experience across corporate offices, client sites, and data center environments.

• Develop role-based onboarding tracks for data center technicians, network engineers, field service technicians, and infrastructure deployment teams.
• Ensure onboarding aligns with company service delivery standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
