Qualifications

• Requires prior HR experience in a similar role.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee and candidate HR inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork and license compliance.
• Assist with training, record keeping, and regulatory compliance.
• Process HR data changes and transactions in HR systems.
• Support attendance management and related transactions.
• Handle gaming license applications and renewals as required.
• Maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support using Workday and UKG.
