Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time HR Coordinator to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As the face of Human Resources, you will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience by supporting onboarding, employee inquiries, training initiatives, compliance activities, and day-to-day HR operations.

What will you do?
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and candidate HR inquiries, providing timely, professional support and guidance
- Coordinate and facilitate the full onboarding process, including scheduling orientation, preparing pre-employment and new hire paperwork, initiating onboarding transactions, and ensuring gaming license requirements are completed
- Assist with the training and development of team members by maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with required refresher training programs
- Process and maintain employee transactions in Workday, including leave of absence (LOA) administration, ADA accommodations, Workers’ Compensation documentation, employee data changes, and other HR-related updates
- Support attendance management processes by monitoring attendance records, processing attendance-related transactions, and assisting with attendance appeals using UKG and other HR systems
- Administer gaming license applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
- Manage employee identification badges, access cards, and related access administration functions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and documentation while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative support activities utilizing Workday, Microsoft Office applications, and other HR systems (Workday, UKG)
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines when handling sensitive and confidential employee information
More about you
- Prior HR experience required; previous experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, Employee Relations, or a related field is a plus
- Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, is preferred
- Familiarity with onboarding, employee record management, leave administration, ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation processes is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
