Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. in Plainview, NY is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to own onboarding and HR operations. You will ensure paperwork is complete, systems are set up, equipment ready, and nothing falls through the cracks, reporting to the Senior Director, HR.

Work closely with recruiting and HR Business Partners to keep data accurate in SuccessFactors and SAP, manage E-Verify and I-9, coordinate temporary staffing, and keep hiring managers informed.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in HR preferred.
• 2–4 years HR coordination experience.
• Experience with HRIS; familiarity with SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for every new hire and coordinate with managers.
• Manage temporary workforce process and agency relationships.
• Maintain accurate people data across SAP, SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Process E-Verify and I-9 forms accurately and on time.
• Clear new hires to start after background checks and paperwork are complete.
• Keep hiring managers informed with timely onboarding updates.
• Support HR projects to improve onboarding and HR operations.
