Job summary

Jobot is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator for a contract assignment in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role owns the new-hire process from offer through orientation, including pre-employment requirements and HR systems.

You will work closely with talent acquisition, hiring managers and HR leadership to keep onboarding moving on a daily basis. Ideal candidates have experience in HR onboarding or recruiting coordination, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel or Smartsheet and UKG

Qualifications

Experience in HR onboarding, recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition support or similar administrative HR role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines, employees and onboarding steps.
Experience with Excel or Smartsheet preferred and UKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the new-hire onboarding process from offer to orientation and completion of required documentation.
Prepare and distribute offer letters, onboarding packets and new-hire paperwork.
Track and follow up on background checks, drug screens, I-9 documentation and other pre-employment requirements.
Schedule onboarding activities and New Employee Orientation.
Participate in rotation facilitating orientation and compliance training for groups of new hires.
Serve as a point of contact for incoming employees throughout the onboarding process.
