Job summary

North & West Kent Citizens Advice & Kent Law Centre is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our friendly team across North and West Kent, supporting people who make a real difference daily. You will collaborate with managers to drive recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, learning, policy implementation and HR administration.

You will help create a positive and inclusive workplace where staff and volunteers thrive, bringing warmth, discretion and a professional approach to every interaction.

  • Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

  • Assist with employee relations matters and policy development.
  • Help build an inclusive, supportive and high-performing workplace culture.
