The Talent World is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team in Maryland. You will provide high-quality HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters, and support a broad range of people-focused initiatives.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships, handling disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and capability processes, as well as recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Confident in managing employee relations cases from start to finish.

The Person

About You:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Confident managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, professional, and able to manage a varied workload.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
