Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks an HR Manager for its trucking/transportation division in the greater Knoxville, TN area. The role oversees two HR Generalists/Recruiters and supports 450+ drivers and staff across multiple sites with limited travel.

You will coordinate driver background checks, medical screenings, and DOT physicals, while driving hiring, onboarding, and development programs. Qualified candidates hold a BS degree and PHR/SPHR, with FMCSA Compliance and Driver Qualification experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree and PHR or SPHR certification are required.
• Experience with FMCSA compliance and Driver Qualification files is required.
• Experience in Truck Driving / Transportation or related Logistics field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead two HR Generalists / Recruiters.
• Coordinate Driver background checks, pre-employment medical screenings, and DOT physicals.
• Handle interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new drivers.
• Maintain and develop employee benefits programs and retention initiatives.
