Connectly Recruiting is seeking an HR Manager for a major trucking/transportation division in the greater Knoxville area. The role leads two HR Generalists and supports 450+ drivers and staff, with limited travel and multi-site operations.

The candidate will coordinate driver background checks, medical screenings, and DOT physicals, and drive interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new drivers while enhancing benefits and retention programs.

Formación

• BS degree required; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with FMCSA compliance and driver qualification files required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead two HR Generalists / Recruiters and oversee driver hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate driver background checks, medical screenings, and DOT physicals.
• Develop and maintain employee benefit programs and retention initiatives.
• Partner with operations in a multi-site trucking environment.
• Support relocation for qualified candidates.
