Talent Solutions Partners in the greater Knoxville area seeks an HR Manager for its Trucking/Transportation division to lead two HR Generalists/Recruiters across multiple sites.

You will coordinate Driver Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screenings, and DOT Physicals, participate heavily in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, and expand benefit programs to support retention and employee development. Travel is not significant.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree required or equivalent experience
• PHR or SPHR certification required
• FMCSA compliance experience preferred
• Driver Qualification files experience required
• Experience in Trucking/Transportation or logistics field preferred

• Coordinate Driver Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screenings and DOT Physicals
• Lead recruiting and on-boarding of new drivers
• Interviewing, hiring and workforce onboarding across multiple sites
• Develop and maintain employee benefit programs
• Focus on retention, employee development and training improvements
