Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including temp-to-hire staffing.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Temp-to-Hire Staffing: oversee full-cycle recruiting and manage vendor relationships.
• Employee Relations: act as point of contact for employee concerns and investigations.
• Benefits Administration: manage open enrollment and benefits programs.
• Payroll Support: audit timecards, process changes and ensure accurate payroll.
• Compliance & Policy: ensure compliance with labor laws and implement handbook policies.
• HR Records & Reporting: maintain HRIS data and generate HR metrics.
