The HR Manager leads and develops their team to implement people strategies aligning with business objectives. Responsibilities include understanding the business, developing talent management approaches, building community relations, providing HR insights, driving process improvements, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, promoting diversity, and managing HR information systems.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR data analysis, and project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
