Job summary

Levy at Lumen Field in Seattle seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee staffing for major events, lead the employee check-in experience on game days, and partner with venue leadership. This is a salaried exempt role reporting to the HR Director and requiring on-site presence.

The position requires 4–5 years in HR with union experience, plus strong recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and retention skills to support Seattle Seahawks events and stadium operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources with union experience.
• Experience with high volume recruitment.
• Experience managing a unionized workforce.
• High level of computer & database literacy and adherence to policies.
• Must be able to work on-site at Lumen Field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes recruitment plans for events to maintain staffing levels.
• Leads staffing for MLS, NFL, and concert activations and handles volunteers and temp staff.
• Reports on staffing levels before/after events.
• Ensures onboarding paperwork and compliance (I-9s, permits, policy acknowledgments).
• Audits compliance and supports retention strategies with the HR Director.
• Oversees onboarding, orientation, and time-keeping for all team members.
• Manages employee engagement and performance reporting.
