Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation; reviews policies and employee handbook.
• Assists in implementing HR activities within the facility.
• Maintains good rapport with other departments within the facility.
• Works with employees to complete required forms, including FMLA and leaves of absence.
• Assists enrollment in benefits programs and ensures compliance with labor laws.
