Job summary

Convene Health in Brentwood, TN is seeking an HR Manager to serve as the day-to-day HR partner for the organization. This role works directly with the CIO and leaders to provide hands-on support across the HR lifecycle, including employee relations, leave management, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement, and compliance.

You will use HRIS for reporting and case management, lead multi-state compliance including ADA and leave coordination, grow the workforce, and align with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years HR experience with multi-state exposure.
• Expertise in employee relations, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience in leave management administration.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, including CIOs.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/ SCP, PHR/SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for Convene Health leaders.
• Lead employee relations intake, investigations, documentation, and outcomes.
• Manage performance management cycles, coaching, improvement plans, and talent reviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, and workforce transitions.
• Provide compensation guidance, job architecture support, and pay equity insight.
• Ensure compliance across multi-state remote workforce, including ADA and leave coordination.
• Drive engagement efforts, monitor trends, and support culture initiatives.
• Use HRIS for reporting, case management, and HR operations.
