Job summary

Bayside Marin is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all phases of human resources at our 36-bed residential treatment center in San Rafael, CA. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, payroll processing, compensation, employee relations and workers’ compensation while leading HR programs to ensure compliance with state and federal policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR leadership experience; professional HR certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required.
• 1–3 years’ leadership experience in HR with knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, labor relations and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR functions for the facility.
• Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to all staff levels.
