Workforce Solutions, LLC is partnering with a manufacturing company in Columbiana and Boardman, Ohio to hire an HR Manager. This role emphasizes employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and a strong workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, empathetic, and capable of building credibility with employees and leadership. Travel between Columbiana and Boardman facilities is required as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Generalist or HR leadership roles.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong EI and ability to build trust with employees and management.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach and support managers while fostering positive relationships.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with leadership.
