Workforce Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Columbiana and Boardman, OH to recruit an HR Manager who will serve as the primary HR resource across multiple locations. The role emphasizes employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, training, benefits administration, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist or HR leadership capacity.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with employees and management.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Understanding of fundamental HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach and support managers while fostering positive employee relationships.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for the organization across multiple locations.
• Focus on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Foster a strong workplace culture and build credibility with employees and leadership at all levels.
• Travel between Columbiana and Boardman facilities as needed to support operations.
