Job summary

Beaverton Foods is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations in the Washington County area. The role ensures compliance with employment laws, safety requirements, and food industry regulations.

The position partners with leadership to promote a productive, compliant workplace, manage the full employee lifecycle, and support HR policy implementation across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Up to three years HR experience and/or training.
• ADP payroll and HRIS experience required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with food manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, leaves of absence, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files; administer the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide HR guidance to management on employment practices and compliance.
• Coach managers on performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire documentation; ensure SOPs are followed.
