TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Manager for our Tonawanda, NY facility. You will lead a broad HR function, partner with operations, and serve as a trusted business partner to leaders and employees, driving engagement and HR program execution.

You will influence attendance management, compliance, onboarding, and talent development while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity across shifts. This role emphasizes strategic HR leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience advising leadership on HR strategies.
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of HR programs, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
• Experience with staffing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with operations to drive results while ensuring HR policy compliance.
• Provide expert HR coaching to managers on attendance, conflict resolution and discipline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and protect confidentiality.
• Serve as a trusted resource across shifts for HR inquiries and data handling.
• Support implementation of HR programs including recognition, engagement surveys and plant communications.
• Interpret and apply policies related to attendance, PTO, transfers and accommodations.
• Manage staffing and recruitment needs, onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Use Workday for data entry and regular data integrity audits.
• Address employee inquiries and investigations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high integrity in handling personnel matters.
