Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead HR across our Forest Park, GA facility. This onsite role partners with operations to drive workforce initiatives, while ensuring compliance and a high‑performing culture.

You will coach managers on attendance, discipline, and employee relations, support labor relations in bargaining environments, and oversee staffing, onboarding, and HRIS data integrity across shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience required, with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment is preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and production teams to drive outcomes while ensuring compliance.
• Provide expert advice and coaching on attendance, conflict resolution, and discipline.
• Lead labor relations at represented sites, including contract interpretation and grievance resolution.
• Build relationships with employees to foster engagement and trust.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and support onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Support plant communications and HR program rollout across locations.
