Qualifications

• Preferred: 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Preferred: 2 years of total work experience.
• Experience in recruiting from portals such as Indeed, WorkIndia, Linkedin, etc.
• Experience in attendance recording and salary calculation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the organization chart.
• Manage the entire hiring cycle (recruitment, onboarding, and induction).
• Manage employee relationships and provide one‑on‑one mentoring to support growth.
• Handle employee grievance redressal.
• Administer payroll management.
• Coordinate salary administration with consultancy.
• Perform housekeeping tasks according to managerial schedule.
• Ensure personnel are well groomed.
• Maintain office equipment and keep inventory of store needs updated.
