Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Proposes, publishes and administers company policies and procedures.
• Stays current on federal, state, and case law changes affecting HR.
• Provides advice and counsel on personnel issues.
• Develops and administers an effective recruitment program.
• Processes new employees and conducts orientations.
• Maintains payroll and tax records; administers wage/hour compliance.
• Administers employee benefit programs (medical, dental, life, 401k, PTO).
• Coordinates safety training to OSHA standards.
• Plans, organizes and directs other HR functions as assigned.
