Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove are leading luxury kitchen appliance manufacturers seeking an experienced HR Manager - Labor Relations in the Madison area. This role coordinates HR policies, staffing, and employee relations while supporting union-related matters and development initiatives for the manufacturing floor.

The successful candidate will manage on-site HR activities, partner with the manufacturing team to optimize labor relations under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and lead an on-site

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive HR experience with labor relations.
• 3+ years in manufacturing and 3+ years in a union environment.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Experience reading labor contracts and policy manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement HR policies, programs, and systems with management.
• Oversee staffing, employee relations, labor relations, and employee development.
• Serve as communication bridge between employees and management.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and coach manufacturing teams on policies.
• Participate in union contract negotiations and labor management meetings.
• Administer labor agreement terms and manage grievances/resolution.
