Job summary

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is a leading luxury kitchen appliances manufacturer in the Madison area. This HR Generalist - Labor Relations role partners with operations leaders to shape labor relations, policies, and employee programs.

You will drive recruitment for hourly staff, support employee engagement, handle FMLA, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws while maintaining confidentiality and providing trusted guidance to managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to communicate positively across all levels.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Experience with HR metrics and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR policies and programs to support business objectives.
• Manage FMLA administration and leaves.
