SAU 29 New Hampshire is seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to support roughly 1,000 employees, retirees, board members, and volunteers across 13 schools. You will supervise the HR Department, oversee recruitment, HRIS, compensation, benefits and compliance, and provide reliable reporting to leadership to prepare for potential Director-level progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR desired upon hire with plans for further executive certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and evaluate the HR Department operations and staff.
• Oversee recruitment, HRIS, compensation, benefits and compliance functions.
• Provide reliable reporting and recommendations to leadership; develop executive competencies for progression toward the Director role.

Education
