The HR Manager integrates strategic thinking, business acumen, and day-to-day HR leadership across recruiting, talent, performance management, employee engagement, compliance and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a practical, empathetic leader, and trusted advisor to senior leaders. This person builds strong relationships, provides coaching, and fosters a collaborative environment that supports quality, innovation, and a customer-focused culture.
