You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and development, partnering with leadership to shape HR strategy and growth. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Human Resources Manager (Clinical Research)

Location: Doral, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $85,000+ annually, based on experience

Suncoast Research Associates is a privately owned and operated research organization established in 2018.
We help volunteers get involved in clinical trials, which allow patients to play a more active role in their own health care, gain access to new research treatments before they are widely available, and help others by contributing to medical research. Our company works with all major pharmaceutical companies and conducts studies in a myriad of therapeutic areas. We are located in Doral, Florida.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources for our growing clinical research organization. This strategic role partners closely with leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
• Administer payroll, benefits, leave programs, and HR compliance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

Qualifications
