Securitas USA in Edison, NJ is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to run full-cycle HR for two small district offices. You will handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, investigations, compliance, and policy development in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Lead a small team of 3–4 recruiters, travel weekly to Marlton, NJ, and partner with local leadership to drive a high-performing culture anchored in integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle HR experience in small office environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations matters in a small office.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for two offices.
