Securitas USA is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support two small district offices based in Edison, NJ, with full-cycle HR responsibilities. You will independently manage HR operations, including employee relations, investigations, recruiting, licensing, compliance, and performance management across both locations.

You will travel weekly to the Marlton, NJ office and collaborate with local leadership to foster a high-performing culture that aligns with the company's Integrity,

Formación

• 2-3+ years of full-cycle HR experience including recruiting through offboarding.
• Strong employee relations, coaching managers and resolving conflicts.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with proven compliance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and document workplace investigations with clear reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage two offices and competing priorities.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle HR operations for two Edison-area offices.
• Manage employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding, including hiring events.
• Coordinate FMLA/ADA/LOA processes and leave management.
• Ensure licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Advise leadership on HR best practices and risk mitigation.
• Travel weekly to Marlton, NJ office; travel 30%.
• Mentor recruiters and monitor performance.
