Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years HR experience.
• Experience supervising HR staff and multi-site teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal employment law.
• Hands-on HRIS administration and data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS administration, reporting, and data integrity.
• Lead recruitment, job descriptions, and onboarding processes.
• Manage leaves, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure legal compliance and prepare employment reports.
