Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of Human Resources management experience required.
• Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• Department of Labor approval required.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to Center leadership and supervisory staff.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
• Maintain staff records, HRIS data, and required reports.
• Develop and monitor staff training plans and professional development.
• Support Center leadership in achieving program objectives and high quality services.
