Key tasks include workforce planning, recruitment, payroll transition to in-house, budgeting, and reporting on HR metrics. A strong background in manufacturing and startup settings is highly valued for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Start-up experience a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant management to align HR strategies with operations.
• Coordinate with Italy and Our client network to implement corporate HR policies.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Oversee HR administration and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee payroll operations and move to in-house capability.
• Manage labor cost budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Lead and develop the HR Specialist/Generalist with clear objectives.
