This is a role for a seasoned HR professional who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution someone who cares deeply about people, upholds the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance, and knows that a strong staff is the foundation of student success.
Job Corps is a transformative program that provides education, vocational training, and career readiness to young adults. In this role, you'll shape the team that makes it all possible attracting and retaining talented staff, fostering a supportive and equitable workplace, and ensuring the Center runs on a strong, well-supported workforce.
Administer the Center's full HR activity recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, discipline, and terminations. Fill staff vacancies promptly, maintain vacancy and turnover rates at or below Center standards, and conduct annual wage and salary surveys to help the Center attract and retain qualified staff.
