Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team in California. This role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and company culture while partnering with leadership to achieve business goals.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration; ensure compliance with federal and California laws;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, HRIS/ATS platforms, and reporting tools
• Experience in the construction, home improvement, or skilled trades industry is a plus
