Job summary

Nick's Health Care Center in Missouri is seeking an HR Manager to lead onboarding, interviews, and day-to-day people operations within a healthcare setting. You will guide policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to support a compassionate workplace.

You will also manage payroll and benefits, drive employee engagement, performance management, and safety initiatives for a safe, compliant, and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
