Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri is seeking qualified Registered Nurses for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles on a 6am-6pm shift to provide compassionate care to residents. Responsibilities include administering medications, developing care plans, monitoring vitals, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a FT, PT AND PRN RN.

6AM-6PM

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
