You will drive recruitment, ensure Equal Opportunity compliance, manage staff training and benefits, and safeguard data integrity while mentoring students and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
• Minimum of three (3) years of human resources management experience.
• HR Certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
