Global Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full scope of HR while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role where your judgment, presence, and ability to influence will shape the employee’s experience and organizational culture.

Overview

In this role, you will oversee all core HR functions while bringing a strong focus to talent acquisition and onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the right talent for the organization — not just filling roles, but helping to build a high‑performing team. You will also ensure new hires are set up for success through a thoughtful, structured onboarding experience that reflects the company’s values and expectations from day one.

Education
