Little Rock Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an HR Administrator to support hospital management in daily HR operations, policy administration, and program implementation. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

The role requires managing HRIS data, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, and benefits administration within a brand-new startup preparing for patient intake in March 2027.

Little Rock Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient March 2027.

Position Summary:

Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
